Your AI & Data diagnostic can be covered up to 42% (service amounting to a maximum of €13,000 excluding VAT, i.e. a remaining cost for you of only €7,500 excluding VAT ).

The 4 steps of an AI (& Data) diagnosis
1. Launch
Establishing the project scope during a kick-off meeting. Technical and operational status assessments to understand the business challenges of the company and its departments (series of interviews with operational staff).
2. Data analysis & AI
Identification of internal & external data sources . Analysis of how data is already used as well as the ease, periodicity and format of the data. Analysis of AI initiatives already underway and their maturity.
3. Use cases
Identification of several AI use cases that create value for the company. Scoring of cases according to several criteria and analysis of their feasibility, time, difficulty and costs of implementation .
4. Roadmap & action plan
Presentation of a roadmap of selected AI projects with the greatest business impact for the company . Establishment of a detailed action plan in order of priority (quick wins).
